          Labor Day is fast approaching, bringing our summer skates to an end. I want to thank everyone who participated in the Tuesday and Thursday night skates. It has been so much fun, but it has also gone by way too fast.  I really hope everyone was able to relax, have fun and escape life for at least a little while. There have been some pretty entertaining moments that have made me smile, laugh out loud and then cry because I was actually laughing so hard. My goal is to make sure that everyone feels welcome and comfortable. It can be so intimidating to join something new, not to mention having to doubt your ability and skill level on top of it. And while I know this program may not be the right fit for everyone, I will continue to do my very best to incorporate as many different skill levels as possible. My top priority is to make sure I can keep things as competitive as possible for every skill level, but it is just as important to me to make sure everyone is able to have fun, be comfortable and feel welcome no matter where your skill level is at. You all have made that so easy to do. It’s great to see everyone encourage each other, teach each other and cheer one another on. But there is nothing better than seeing everyone laugh with each other.  

            This fall we will be offering a Wednesday Night League at 7:40pm. The league will begin Wednesday September 8^th, 2010 and will run for 16 weeks ending December 22, 2010. The cost for the 16 weeks will be $288.00 (broken down into 2 payments of $144.00). 

            We will also be offering a Sunday morning league at 10:20am & 11:30am. The league will begin Sunday September 12, 2010 and run for 16 weeks ending December 26, 2010. The cost for the 16 weeks will be $288.00 (broken down into 2 payments of $144.00). Spots are limited and based on a first come first serve basis. 

            The Saturday mornings skills session will begin on October 16^th 2010. I have yet to decide if it will be at 8:20am or 10:20am. But I will let everyone know as we get closer to the date. The skills may not be as consistent as it was last season, although I will do my best to keep it as consistent as possible. It will be done on a walk-on basis only. Be sure to check your e-mail often for updated messages regarding the dates and times of each skills session. You can also check our website weekly for dates and times. But please feel free to call, e-mail or text me to double check.

            We will also be holding our 2^nd Annual Turkey Day Shoot Out on Thanksgiving morning. It was so much fun last year! And a great way to burn off a few of those extra calories!!
